General Information

  • What is Anomaly Athletics?
    • Anomaly Athletics is a multi-product brand that embraces being different and a little out there, as you'll see with our alien mascot and throughout a lot of our product designs. We're always working on creating products to help inspire and serve you in your daily life, in and out of the gym.
  • What products do you offer?
    • We currently offer t-shirts, hats, mugs, and bottles. We feature our own signature designs on our products, as well as parody designs we've created that you'll recognize from popular movies and tv shows. All of our products are high-quality and printed to order in the USA.
    • We're currently working on expanding our product selection for you, with new supplements, workout gear, and a larger selection of apparel to choose from, to name a few. Be on the lookout for new releases! You can subscribe at the bottom of this page to always see when new products drop.
  • How do your products fit?
    • For our apparel, we currently only offer adult sizes in our t-shirts and hats. From feedback from customers and our own personal use of the products, we've seen that the fit is true to size and a comfortable fit and material. We offer size charts for our products on all product pages. Feel free to take your own measurements and/or compare the sizing to other similar items you own to know for sure. We want to make sure that you're happy with your order, so please let us know if your products don't match our size chart within reason.
  • Do you offer any discounts for your products?
    • Absolutely, we are constantly running special sales and deals! The best way to stay up to date on offers is to subscribe to our newsletter. To subscribe, just click the blue 'Join The Club!' button attached to the bottom of this window and enter your email on the form.


Shipping and Returns

  • What are the rates for shipping?
    • We currently offer Standard and Express shipping tiers through our print provider, and will be available on the Checkout page. Standard shipping starts at $4, but we currently offer free shipping on orders over $50.
  • How long will it take my items to arrive?
    • All of our products are printed to order, which means we don't keep an inventory of every SKU available. Typically, it will take about 2 business days or less for orders to print before leaving our production facility. In total, you should expect about 10 days to receive your order. If you need your shirts for a special occasion, we suggest allowing at least two weeks in case there are any delays.
  • How do I track my package?
    • You will get an email once your order ships. If you don't receive this within a reasonable time frame, please contact us.
  • I made a mistake with my order, how do I change it?
    • Fulfillment is an automated process, so please let us know immediately. There is approximately a 12 hour window in which an order can be updated prior to production and fulfillment.
  • I need to cancel my order.
    • To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when your order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period, but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
  • I need to make a return/exchange an item.
    • If you would like to return your items for any reason, you may do so for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received. Please check out our returns and exchange policy.
  • I need a refund.
    • We generally only accept returns for store credit, unless otherwise specified on the product. However, we want to make sure you are happy with our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know and we will be happy to get you a replacement.
